Biografi

Dinan menyelesaikan pendidikan sarjana dan magister dari Program Studi Teknik Lingkungan, Institut Teknologi Bandung melalui beberapa program beasiswa. Pada tahun 2014, memperoleh beasiswa untuk mengikuti program Populations-Activities-Resources-Environments (PARE) Summer School di Hokkaido University, Jepang. Setelah lulus, awal karirnya adalah sebagai enviromental engineer di beberapa kontraktor dan konsultan, sebelum berkiprah sebagai Dosen sejak tahun 2017. Saat ini, bidang penelitian yang ditekuninya meliputi: pencemaran udara, perubahan iklim, manajemen sumber daya air, dan life-cycle assessment. Pada Tahun 2015, terlibat dalam penelitian pencemaran partikulat halus PM2.5 dalam Surface Particulate Matter Network (SPARTAN) dengan Institut Teknologi Bandung dan Dalhousie University, Canada. Pada Tahun 2020, terlibat dalam 2 (dua) penelitian refuse-derived fuel yang bekerja sama antara Tim Program Studi Teknik Lingkungan, Universitas Pertamina dengan Universitas Internasional Semen Indonesia, Gresik dan University of Technology Petronas, Malaysia. Pada Tahun 2022, terlibat dalam kerjasama kajian dengan Kementerian PPN/Bappenas untuk kajian National Flood Risk Management Plan dan Dinas Pertanian dan Kehutanan DKI Jakarta untuk kajian potensi naturalisasi sungai DKI Jakarta. Penelitian-penelitiannya telah dipublikasikan dalam Journal of Atmospheric Chemistry and Phyics, International Journal of Renewable Energy Development, dll. Dalam organisasi profesi dan keilmuan, tercatat sebagai anggota Ikatan Ahli Teknik Penyehatan dan Teknik Lingkungan Indonesia (IATPI) dan Himpunan Profesi Tenaga Konstruksi Indonesia (HIPTASI) sebagai Ahli Madya Teknik Lingkungan.
