Teuku Muhammad Roffi received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia. He was awarded the Monbusho (MEXT) scholarship from the Japanese Government and completed the M. Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering from The University of Electro-Communications, Japan in 2013 and 2016, respectively.
He then joined Toyota Technological Institute with a postdoctoral fellowship in 2017. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Universitas Pertamina, Indonesia. His research interests include electronic materials, electronic devices, and electronics for Internet of Things (IoT) as well as smart systems.
