Dr. Rinto Pudyantoro is an expert in business & energy economics, including upstream oil and gas business, and fiscal policy, with extensive professional experience in budgeting, revenue accounting, taxation, and strategic planning within Indonesia’s oil and gas sector. The expertise was developed through key roles such as Section Head of Budgeting and Reporting at VICO Indonesia, Controller at BP, and Senior Manager positions at BPMIGAS overseeing government income, public relations, and policy affairs. At SKK Migas, A. Rinto has deepened his specialization in fiscal instruments and regulatory frameworks by serving as Senior Manager of Tax and Levies, VP of Planning, and Head of the Papua and Maluku Regional Office. A. Rinto is highly regarded for his deep understanding of Production Sharing Contracts (PSC), cost recovery and gross split mechanisms, DBH Migas, PBB Migas, and Participating Interest (PI) 10%, as well as contributions to energy transition policies and economic impact analysis. Now serving as a lecturer and Head at CBEPES a CoE under Pertamina University. A. Rinto has combined academic leadership with strategic industry insights, focusing on optimizing national energy governance and investment frameworks.
