The Center for Downstream Chemical Industry delivers end-to-end solutions for designing, optimizing, and safeguarding chemical processes to produce high-value products. Supported by specialists in process design, safety, and advanced synthesis, we combine feasibility studies, technology simulations, and targeted trainings such as ASPEN modeling and chromatography. With a strong portfolio in biodiesel, processing plants, and energy utilization, we help partners turn downstream challenges into scalable, sustainable opportunities.

Consultation & Feasibility Study

  • Chemical process feasibility studies covering technical, economic, and environmental aspects for the development or modification of chemical plants.
  • Energy optimization and efficiency consulting for projects involving energy utilization and resource optimization, including LNG-based energy solutions.
  • Feedstock potential analysis through in-depth research and evaluation to optimize the use of local resources or waste into high-value products.

Process Engineering & Design

  • Chemical process design (conceptual and basic design) for new chemical plants, including process flow development and core equipment specification.
  • Process optimization services to improve operational efficiency, product yield, and energy consumption in existing facilities.
  • Process simulation services using industry-standard software (ASPEN) to validate process designs, evaluate operational scenarios, and support operator training.

Product Development & Chemical Analysis

  • High-value chemical synthesis through collaborative research and development of downstream chemical products. Advanced chemical analysis and purification to ensure product quality and isolate specific compounds.
  • Molecular modeling to analyze material behavior, predict process performance, and accelerate catalyst or formulation development.
  • Process safety studies covering risk analysis and safety audits to ensure compliance with high safety standards.
