Prof. Ir. I Gusti Nyoman Wiratmaja Puja., Ph.D.
The Rector of Universitas Pertamina
Prof. Wiratmaja was officially inaugurated as Rector of Universitas Pertamina on March 1st, 2021, for the periode of 2021 to 2026. Prof. Wirat has an excellent education and career experience.
Prof. Wirat is a Professor at the Faculty of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology (Institut Teknologi Bandung/ ITB). Prof. Wirat hold Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering at ITB, Master of Science in Engineering Mechanics at the University of Kentucky, U.S.A., and doctorate at the University of Kentucky, U.S.A. His areas of expertise are Energy Infrastructure, Design for Surface Facilities in Oil & Gas Industry, Renewable Energy, Design for Geothermal Production Facilities and Power Plants, Piping & Pipeline Integrity, Mechanical Integrity, Risk Assessment & RBI, Mechanical Structures, Mechanical Design, Stress Analysis, Solid Mechanics, and Advanced Materials.
His researches have been presented at various prestigious seminars and published in at least 75 international and national journals, and mass media.
Prof. Wirat served as President Commissioner of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) for the 2018-2020 period and was a senior bureaucrat at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources from 2013 to 2020. In 2017 to 2020, Prof. Wirat appointed as the Head of Human Resources Development Agency (Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia/ BPSDM), Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. In 2015-2017, Prof. Wirat appointed as Director General of Oil and Gas, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
His work at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, led him to receive the Dharma Karya Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral UTAMA, a very prestigious award from the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources in 2020.
M. Roby Hervindo, S.Sos
Secretary of Universitas Pertamina
Roby Hervindo started his profesional career in the field of communication and relation for one of the biggest automotive company in Indonesia. In 2010, he joined PT Pertamina (Persero). He started his career as Creative & Media Advertising, Manager Communication & Relations MOR II & RU III, Unit Manager Communication Relation & CSR MOR VII, Unit Manager Communication Relations & CSR MOR I, and currently appointed as Secretary of Universitas Pertamina.
During his work at PT Pertamina (Persero), he has been involved in various transformation programs carried out by the company, such as Pertamina’s 4 areas of social and environmental responsibility development programs including education, health, environment, and community empowerment to build independent society.
His excellent works led him to receive several prestigious awards such as: Pinasthika Award Bronze for Digital Campaign and TV Commercial; Indonesia Green Award- Pertamina MOR I & MOR VII; Nusantara CSR Award, Pertamina MOR I, and Territory Coordinate, BUMN Task Force Kepri Province.
Budi W. Soetjipto, Ph.D.
Vice Rector of Academic and Student Affairs of Universitas Pertamina
Budi W. Soetjipto completed his master and doctoral degree at Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio, United States, majoring human resources management and organizational behavior. He completed his undergraduate education in human resources management and transportation management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia.
Budi is an active lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia since 1990. His areas of expertise are: organizational theory and behavior, human resources management, change management, leadership, group dynamics, performance management, negotiation and dispute resolution for industrial relations. Budi is the Chief Editor of the South East Asia Management Journal and Ambassador for Indonesia Human Resource at the Academy of Management.
Before joining Universitas Pertamina, Budi served as the head of the Management Institute of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia; Executive Director of the Indonesian Managerial Development Institute; Dean of Sampoerna School of Business; Member of Dewan Pengupahan Nasional and an Independent Commissioner of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy.
In addition to all of his outstanding experiences, Budi is also a consultant in the Organizational and Human Resources field. There are several big companies and government instances that Budi has handled, such as: Korps Lalu Lintas Polri, PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Mitra Pinasthika Mulia Tbk, PT Freeport Indonesia, Ministry of Manpower Republic of Indonesia, PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Ministry of Culture and Education Republic of Indonesia, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Centra Proteina Prima Tbk, PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Tbk, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk, PT Pertamina (Persero), PT Telkomsel, and Markas Besar Polri. Budi is an internationally certified assessor for WorkPlace Big Five Profiles issued by the Center for Applied Cognitive Studies, Charlotte, North Carolina, United States.
Vice Rector of Finance and Organizational Resources of Universitas Pertamina
Suryono completed his education at the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia. Before joining Universitas Pertamina as Vice Rector of Finance and Organizational Resources, he worked for more than 30 years in the field of finance for foreign oil and gas companies. His career began in 1990 as a Junior Staff in the Accounting department of Maxus SES (America), which later changed its name to YPF (Argentina), Repsol (Spain) and China National Oil Corporation (CNOOC) SES Ltd in 2002.
In 2007, he started his managerial position as Finance Manager at Kodeco Energy Co. Ltd (PCS) & Korea Development Co. Ltd (TAC) until 2010. From 2010 to 2018 he worked at CNOOC with the last position as Senior Manager of Finance & Accounting.
Starting in 2018, he started his career at PT Pertamina (Persero) as Senior Manager Finance & Accounting for Pertamina Hulu Energi OSES until 2019. Then, he continued his career as AR Revenue Accouting Manager PHE from 2019 to 2020.
During his career, Suryono actively participated in various trainings in finance and accounting, goods and services, management leadership, and other areas of expertise.
Prof. Dr. Ir. Wawan Gunawan A. Kadir, MS
Vice Rector of Research, Development and Partnership of Universitas Pertamina
Prof. Wawan Gunawan completed his Bachelor and Master’s from Gajah Mada University (UGM) at the Department of Geophysics. He continued his Doctoral and Professional Engineer, at the Department of Geological Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).
Prof. Wawan is a Professor at the Department of Geophysical Engineering ITB, and a Member of the Ex Officio of the ITB Academic Senate. He is also actively involved in various organizations such as Members of Himpunan Ahli Geofisika Indonesia (HAGI), Society of Exploration Geophysics (SEG), Society of Exploration Geophysics of Japan (SEGJ), Environmental and Engineering Society (EEGS), American Association of Petroleum Geologist (AAPJ), and was a chief of Himpunan Ahli Geofisika Indonesia (HAGI) from 2004 to 2005.
Before serving as Vice Rector of Research, Development and Partnership at Universitas Pertamina, he was the Vice Rector of Finance, Planning and Development of ITB for the 2015-2020 period, and the Vice Rector of Research and Innovation for the 2010-2014 period. In terms of research, Prof. Wawan is involved in various prestigious projects, for example being the Project Director of the International Research Collaboration between Indonesia, Japan and Norway, being the Project Leader in international cooperation with Kyoto University, Asian Institute of Technology, Chulalongkorn University, Kasetsart University, University of Malaya, and Vietnam National University.
Prof Wawan known for his published research at the various well-known journals. He is also joining a lot of prestigious international training, such as a workshop organized by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2019. Prof. Wawan was also an active training instructor in various countries such as Alzajair and Sudan.
Prof. Wawan’s glorious achievement led him to receive the Satyalancana Karya Satya Award from the President of the Republic of Indonesia in 2005 and 2015, and the ITB Ganesha Wira Adiutama Award in 2015 and 2020.
Khusnun Widiyati, S.T., M.Eng., Ph.D
Acting Dean of the Faculty of Infrastructure Planning & Industrial Technology
Khusnun completed his Doctoral degree at Keio University majoring Integrated Design Engineering. Khusnun actively conducts various related research in the fields of Product and Effective Design, Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance, and Risk Based Inspection.
Dr. Eng. Paramita Jaya Ratri, S.Si., M.Si.
Acting Dean of the Faculty of Exploration Technology and Production and the Faculty of Science and Computer
Paramita pursued her doctoral education at the Department of Future Industry-oriented Basic Science and Materials, Toyota Technological Institute, Japan. Paramita is actively conducting research related to Polymers, Crystal Structure, Mechanical Properties of Materials, Validation Methods, Determination of Drug Levels in Blood Plasma, Membranes.
Dr. Farah Mulyasari, S.T., M.Sc
Acting Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business & Faculty of Communication and Diplomacy
Farah completed her doctoral education at Global Environmental Studies, International Environment and Disaster Management, Kyoto University, Japan. Farah focuses on research and teaching in the areas of: Urban Disaster Risk Reduction, Risk Communication, Disaster Education, Climate Change, Climate Change Adaptation, Disaster Resilience, Community-Based Disaster Risk Management in Asia and South East Asian Region, Energy Communications, and Public Engagement for Carbon Capture Storage.
